Join us for PAWS tonight at 5:15 p.m. Amyee McAlister and her team are preparing Hamburgers, Hotdogs, Veggie Burgers, Salad, Chips & Dessert.  Our meal is followed by a selection of Disciple Making Communities at 6:30 p.m.
 
Trunk ‘n Treat
Trunk ‘n Treat is coming up  Sunday, October 29 from 5-7 p.m.  Our greatest need right now is CANDY!  We want to have plenty to hand out to our guests.  You can place your candy in the bins in the lobbies.  We need a few more trunks volunteered! Sign up and find details at pacoc.net/tnt

Youth Ministry

  • October 18th: Come for Dinner from 5:15-6:15pm. Youth Room opens at 6pm and we continue our Series “No Problem” at 6:30pm.
  • October 22nd: Connect In the Gym from 5-7:30pm. Dinner is provided.
  • October 23rd: High School Word-Up from 7-8:15pm at the Cope’s House.
  • November 11th: Park Avenue Youth Family Night at Cope’s House! More details to come.

 
Gifting Tree for The Catteau’s
We want to shower Todd and Henriann with either money or gift cards from Walmart, Amazon, Target and Old Navy along with encouraging notes on their return, to welcome Purich to our church family. We have a tree in the atrium with cards and envelopes to write a note if you wish, and attach your gift to the tree by Sunday, October 29th.
 
Fortify Family Retreat
All families are invited to come have a fun weekend with your Park Avenue families at Texoma Youth Camp on Lake Texoma. This year Fortify will be November 4-5, from 10 AM Saturday to Sunday afternoon.  The cost is $5 per person or $20 per family. Enjoy family worship time, s’mores, devotionals, family walk and talk, and parent rap sessions.  You can register online at pacoc.net/fortify
 
Elementary Christmas Play
To celebrate the birth of Jesus this Christmas season, the elementary grades (1-6) will present a small 30 minute production called T’was the Night Before Christmas on Wednesday December 20 at 7:00 p.m. Rehearsals will be the 3 Wednesdays prior to the performance. Rise Up Men’s Conference
Registration has begun for the Rise Up Men’s Conference on Friday, December 1st! This year will be a one-night only event with guest speaker Chris Seidman, author and lead minister of the Branch Church in Farmer’s Branch.  Register today!
