New Online Picture Directory
This Sunday, October 15 is the last day to sign up for the picture directory.  To encourage everyone to participate we will be giving every family a free 5x7 photo.  You can find the link on the website or app or call the church office and Joan can set you up an appointment. Pictures are being taken  in Room A at the north west side of the main building. 
 
PAWS & DMS’s
Join us for PAWS tonight at 5:15 p.m. Kathy Hitchcock and her team are making Creamy AuGratin Potatoes with Ham & Cheese, Broccoli, Carrots, Bread, Salad Bar, Fresh Fruit, & Dessert (Orange Cake & Chocolate Chip Cookies. The vegetarian option is Vegetable Soup. The kids option is Cheese Ravioli with Marinara Sauce.   Our meal is followed by a selection of Disciple Making Communities at 6:30 p.m.

Trunk ‘n Treat
Join us on Sunday, October 29 from 5-7pm for our annual Trunk 'n Treat! There will be candy, hotdogs, Kona Ice, bounce houses, games and more. We are expecting a great turnout from the community and want to be prepared with plenty of candy! Candy donations are being collected in the bins in the hallways. You can also volunteer your trunk at pacoc.net/tnt

Man Alive
Man Alive is this coming Saturday, October 14th. Join us for breakfast at 8 a.m. Paul Waggoner and Kirk Pendergrass will be talking about the jail ministry. 
 
Youth Ministry

  • Wednesday October 11th: Park Avenue Youth will go to Fields of Faith at Denison High School. We will leave Park Avenue at 6:40 and return by 8:15ish. 
  • October 14th-15th: Fall Retreat! 

 
Fortify Family Retreat
All families are invited to come have a fun weekend with your Park Avenue families at Texoma Youth Camp on Lake Texoma. This year Fortify will be November 4-5, from 10 AM Saturday to Sunday afternoon.  The cost is $5 per person or $20 per family. Enjoy family worship time, s’mores, devotionals, family walk and talk, and parent rap sessions.  You can register online at pacoc.net/fortify
 
Elementary Christmas Play
To celebrate the birth of Jesus this Christmas season, the elementary grades (1-6) will present a small 30 minute production called T’was the Night Before Christmas on Wednesday December 20 at 7:00 p.m. Rehearsals will be the 3 Wednesdays prior to the performance. Register online at pacoc.net/christmas. The registration deadline is Wednesday, November 1.
 
Gifting Tree for The Catteau’s
We want to shower Todd and Henriann with either money or gift cards from Walmart, Amazon, Target and Old Navy along with encouraging notes on their return, to welcome Purich to our church family. We have a tree in the atrium with cards and envelopes to write a note if you wish, and attach your gift to the tree.
