Midweek Update - January 20, 2021

Covenant Sunday
As a follow up to Covenant Sunday please consider participating in the monthly spiritual practice challenges. Go to www.pacoc.net/eyesonJesus or contact Lantz Howard. If you did not get a covenant stone last Sunday and would like one please contact the church office (one stone per family).
 
Celebration of Marriage
On Sunday, February 14 during worship we will honor those couples who celebrate a wedding anniversary in years ending in a “1” or “6”. If you would like to participate please submit a wedding picture and a current picture to the church office by Feb. 1.
 
Bridal Shower
Join us for a bridal shower in honor of Alissa Windle and Tyler Cope on Sunday, January 31 from 1:30-3:00 PM in the atrium. They are registered at Target, Amazon, and Bed Bath & Beyond. We are requesting that everyone wear a mask.
 
Fifth Sunday
Sunday, January 31 is a fifth Sunday. That day the contribution will go toward the debt reduction on the Family Life Center.
 
Youth Ministry
Wednesday January 20: Park Avenue Youth will meet in the gym from 6:30-7:30PM. 
 
Sunday, January 24: Park Avenue Youth One Day Winterfest from 2:30-7:30PM in the Gym! We will have great lessons, comedy time, games, worship, dinner, and more! Hope your students can join us!

Marriage Getaway Weekend
This will be held February 26-28 at Lake Murray State Lodge, Ardmore, OK. The costs is $200 per couple.  Register now at pacoc.net/marriage

Family Mission Trip - July 2-10
The mission trip to Casa de la Esperanza is from July 2-10.  Priority registration is for Park Avenue members and is open through March. Registration for all begins in April. The cost is $150 per person.

Christian Theatre Workshop
July 19-25 is the date for our CTW this year.
