New Adult Sunday Morning Class
The 9 am Sunday morning class has moved to  Room D.  Lantz Howard is leading a class on Winning the War in Your Heart. The class is open to all adults.
 
Coffee & Donut Fellowship
Come early on Sunday mornings to enjoy coffee, donuts, and fellowship, starting at 9:15 AM in the Atrium.
 
Mary Martha Ladies’ Class
The Mary Martha class has resumed and meets every Wednesday at 10 AM. They are studying "Life Lessons from the Books of I and II Samuel."
 
Pickle Ball
We have a group meeting up in the ARK on Tuesday evenings at 6:30 for Pickle Ball. Come join us for the fun and exercise. We do have a few extra paddles if you don’t have your own. All levels of expertise are welcome!

Denison Community Worship & Celebration
Join Denison churches on Sunday, September 25 as we come together in unity to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Denison. The Celebration will be at Forest Park at 4:30 PM and Worship at Munson Stadium at 6 PM.
 
Food and Kona Ice will be sold from 4:30-6:00 to raise funds for the Denison Helping Hands, Texoma Shelter, and the Denison Ministerial Alliance. Food can be purchased on site or you can get an advance ticket from the church office. The cost is $10 which will get you a pulled pork sandwich, chips, and water.
 
Park Avenue Wednesday Supper
This week we are having Hamburgers, Hotdogs, Veggie Burgers, Salad, Chips, & Desserts. The meal will be prepared by Amyee McAlister & her team.  Sign up on your communication card Sunday morning to let us know if you plan to attend so we can plan accordingly!  Thank you!

Good morning and welcome to our worship service. A special welcome to our guests. If you have any questions about Park Avenue or Christianity in general, feel free to track one of our ministers or elders down or contact us any time.
 
Just a reminder to everyone to get connected in a DMC. We have had a great kickoff to our Fall Wednesday communities but know that there is room for you.  Join us at 5:30 for our PAWS meal and stick around for some time in the Word with other believers. Our kids classes are going strong, so bring them along. If Wednesday doesn't work, we have groups meeting other nights of the week. Check out all the offerings on our digital platforms.
 
We are blessed today to have a guest speaker with us, Dr. David Fraze. David is leading our Front Porch Parenting seminar that will continue this afternoon. He has years of experience with youth and families and presently serves at Lubbock Christian University. Looking forward to his words from The Word today.

ARK CELEBRATION 
 
On Sunday, October 2 we will have a congregational celebration in recognition of paying off the ARK. All are invited to stay after Sunday worship for a catered lunch to  celebrate together, worship, and reflect on this historic moment for Park Avenue! What an amazing ministry tool that building has been and continues to be. That construction project was a bold move by the leadership, but we have been blessed as we were Faithful to the Call! 
 
As this is a catered event we need your RSVP TODAY! You can do that on the app or respond to the email or text you will receive today. We hope all of us can be there to celebrate this milestone.
