PAWS for a Cause & Dessert Auction, Wednesday, April 30
Next Wednesday we will be having a PAWS for a Cause and Dessert Auction to raise funds for camp scholarships for our youth group.  Make plans to join us next Wednesday before class. 
 
CASA Mission Trip, June 27-July 5
Register now at pacoc.net/casa for our family mission trip to Casa de la Esperanza. The cost is $300.  Contact Basil if you have any questions. 
 
Christian Theater Workshop
Register online now at pacoc.net/ctw for our CTW day camp, July 14-18th. Performances will be held on Saturday, July 19 at noon and 7 PM, and Sunday, July 20 at 4 PM. The cost is $60 per child.
 
PAWS Volunteers
We are in need of volunteers to help prepare and serve with our PAWS meal on Wednesday nights. If you can help please contact Shelly Calvert at (972) 989-7025.
 
National Day of Prayer, May 1st
Gather with us Thursday, May 1 from noon to 1:00 pm at Parkside Baptist Church as we lift up our community and nation in prayer. Lunch will be provided at no cost by the churches of the Denison Ministerial Alliance.
 
Senior Sunday, May 4th
Save the date and make plans to be here to honor our high school seniors this year with a banquet in the Ark immediately after services.
 
Family Promise
PACOC will be hosting the families of Family Promise the week of April 27. If you’d like to help out in this ministry contact Basil. Family Promise provides transitional shelter, meals, transportation and supportive services for families with children.
 
Youth Ministry

  • April 23rd: Come for dinner from 5:15-6:15pm. We will continue the Thread series at 6:30pm!
  • April 27th: Connect Celebration!  Sign up by April 23rd. We will leave at 4pm and return by 8:30pm.
  • April 30th: PAWS for a Cause and Dessert Auction for Youth Scholarships! We still need desserts for the silent and live Auction! Silent auction starts at 5:15 and ends at 6:10. Live Auction Starts at 6:10 and will finish by 6:25.
  • May 4th: Senior Sunday! Please join us for lunch after worship!
