Join our senior adult ministry group tomorrow, Thursday, May 19 from 5:30-7:00 in the Atrium for an evening of games and fellowship. Bring your  favorite games and a sandwich. Chips and Drinks will be provided.
 
Wedding Shower
Join us for a wedding shower to honor Bryan Batts (son of Roger & Stefanie Batts) & Kelsie Patterson this Sunday, May 22 in the atrium from 1:30-3:00 PM.  They are registered at Amazon, Bed, Bath & Beyond and Target.
 
CTW Volunteers Needed
Any adults wanting to volunteer during the week of CTW, please contact Janaga Trotter 903-624-4466 or Kathy Pryor 903-821-4606.  Volunteer areas are—Crafts, Games, Kitchen, Sewing, Nightly Dinners for HS Students, and Backstage Help During Performances. Youth Ministry

  • Wednesday May 18: Interns are here! Come for PAWS 5:15-6:15. Class from 6:30-7:15 and get to know the interns from 7:15-7:45!
  • Sunday May 22:  Summer Connect from 5:30-7:30 in the gym. Interns will be teaching and dinner will be provided.

Uncharted - Help & Hope for Parents
Parenting is tough, and no one understands that better than other parents. Are you a single parent, a new parent, or find yourself in uncharted waters? Park Avenue is pleased to present the Uncharted DMC to offer parenting strategies and hope-filled insights. The group meets weekly at 6:30 PM in the Middle School Room of the Family Life Center in stand-alone session discussions. You do not have to attend Park Avenue to attend the group. Park Avenue Wednesday Supper
Today is the last PAWS meal until after summer.  Our PAWS teams will take a break over the summer months and will resume again in the Fall. 
 
COMING THIS SUMMER
 
Church on the Lake
Join us on Wednesday, June 1 at 6:00 PM at Waterloo Lake Pavilion for Church on the Lake. We will have fried chicken and sides. The church will provide the food and we ask that you contribute a small donation to offset the cost. 
 
The Chosen
Join us during the summer on Wednesday nights starting on June 8 for Season 2 episodes of "The Chosen." We will meet in the Atrium at 6:30 PM. All ages are welcome, and desserts will be served.
