Covenant Sunday 2025

Covenant Sunday is a special Sunday in January when we as a church recommit ourselves to the Lord and His church as we begin a new year. We remind ourselves of these seven core statements:

1. We covenant to submit to the authority of Scripture in everything.
2. We covenant to support and follow the leadership of the church.
3. We covenant to pursue personal spiritual growth.
4. We covenant to serve our church family and community.
5. We covenant to be faithful stewards of our resources.
6. We covenant to share our faith.
7. We covenant to set our eyes of the return of Christ and our eternal home in heaven.

Each year we distribute Covenant Stones in keeping with the year’s focus. This year’s theme is from John 17:17 – Your Word is Truth.
