Thank You
We can never express adequately our thankfulness to you for the many acts of kindness shown to us recently. We have been lifted up by prayers, cards, and many, many other blessings you have given us. You are a wonderful family to share life with anytime, but when we are in the valley, you are awesome. May God bless each one of you and may we be with you all again soon. Love from TJ & Margaret Atnip
Women’s Retreat
Women of all ages will gather together for their annual retreat on April 26-28th at the Prothro Center on Lake Texoma. We are excited to share this time of fellowship and spiritual growth. Nika Maples will be our speaker this year. The theme will be “Transformed.” Registration is now open. The cost is $125 for overnight retreaters and $75 for day-only retreaters.
Prayer & Fasting
March 17-31 will be a two week period of prayer and fasting. This is a time where we lift up all the outreach efforts supported by our Grace Offering and seek God’s guidance for giving. You should have received a guide to help you with the fast as you walked in this morning. They will be available next Sunday, March 17 as well or you can pick one up at the church office. There is also a digital version available at pacoc.net/go.

TODD’S TAKE
Good morning and welcome to our worship service. If you are a guest with us this morning we welcome you and invite you to join in with us as we honor our Creator and Savior.
This morning we will be back in John 15 looking at the words of Jesus as he gives the apostles comfort and hope on this emotional night before his crucifixion. One of Jesus’ goal in this talk is to give the apostles peace even in this turbulent time. As we read through this section of scripture there might very well be some insights for us as well as we seek the joy and confidence of peace.
Coming next month I will be offering a new member/guest class called PACOC 101. So, if you’re a new member or a guest (or if you just want to learn some more about PACOC) you are invited to attend. We will meet from 9:00—9:45 am in Room C in the west end of the main building. We will look at where we have been, who we are, and what we do. The class will meet 3 Sundays—April 7, 14 & 21. It’s a great opportunity to get to know the church and to get to know others who are new to PACOC.
Glad you are here today!
