TODD'S TAKE
Good morning and welcome to our special time of worship.

These are trying times and it is so good to be here this morning to be reminded that God is here with us through all the highs and lows. It is so good to be reminded that God is always at work and, in particular, is working toward the day when all things will be made new.

When we go through fiery trials and the deep waters of life here’s some advice:

  • Keep close to the Lord in prayer and through his word.

  • Keep close to those who love you.

  • Keep loving one another.

  • Keep hoping in the God who moves mountains.

  • Keep seeking ways to bring God’s peace into the lives of those around us.

  • Keep the joy of heaven always alive in your heart.

It is good to be here—to worship, to commune, and to hear from God.

Join us  this Wednesday, August 25 at 6 PM for an end of summer cookoff!
We ask members with last names:

  • A-I to bring ice cream

  • J-R to bring individually packaged desserts

  • S-Z to bring individually packaged chips

Bring a chair if you want to sit outside. Games will be set up as well. If you can help us cleanup, please comment on your communication card.
