Congratulations to Clint Blackshear who was baptized into Christ by Barry Chapman last Sunday.  We rejoice with Clint and his family.

Tonight

Join us tonight at 5:15 PM for our PAWS meal. We are having Ham, Fried Chicken, & Sides, Salad Bar, & Dessert. Vegetarian Option and Chicken Nuggets for the kids.  The meal will be prepared by Shelly Calvert and her team.

Mother’s Day

Join us this coming Sunday, May 10 for Mother’s Day.  We will have a photo booth in the atrium for pictures and a special gift for our moms. Women who are present that day, are welcome to pick up a Mother's Day gift in the Atrium before or after worship. Come early as gifts are limited! 

Christian Theater Workshop

Register now at pacoc.net/ctw for CTW camp that will run from July 13-17. Registration is open to students who have completed kindergarten through graduating seniors.

National Day of Prayer

The Denison Ministerial Alliance invites you to join Christians from across our community for the National Day of Prayer Lunch at 12:00 PM tomorrow, Thursday, May 7 at Parkside Baptist Church. This year's theme is "Glorify God Among the Nations — Seeking Him in All Generations." Come unite with fellow believers for a time of prayer and fellowship as we lift up our nation and our community together. All are welcome!

Sonshine Hour

We are looking for 4 to 6 volunteers (can be a couple) for Sonshine Hour during Bible class time on Sunday mornings. We need people who can teach 4 year olds through sixth grade and also folks that can assist with students to ensure they remain engaged. Lessons will be provided. New Wednesday Night DMC’s

We have two new Disciples Making Communities on Wednesday nights from 6:30-7:30 PM. Todd will begin a book study of CS Lewis’ Mere Christianity in Room B tonight. Next  Wednesday, May 13, Tyler will begin a video series from RightNow Media on the Gospel of Mark in the High School Room in the Ark. If you are not in a DMC yet, this is a great time to join one & grow with others!

Family Ministry
