Sympathy
Our sympathy is with the Parkey family after the passing of Peggy Parkey on February 4th. Family night will be held at Fisher Funeral Home on Thursday February 6th, from 5:00 PM-7:00 PM. Funeral services will be held at PACOC on Friday, February 7th, at 11:00 AM. There will be a graveside service to follow at Fairview Cemetery in Denison.
 
Tonight
Join us tonight at 5:15PM for our Park Avenue Wednesday Supper followed by one of our DMC’s from 6:30-7:30PM. Our meal tonight is Breakfast for Supper.
 
Marriage Celebration
On Sunday, February 16th we will honor those members celebrating a special wedding anniversary this year.  If your wedding anniversary ends in a “0” or “5” you can submit one wedding picture and one more recent picture to the church office by no later than February 7th. 
 
Ladies Retreat, April 25-27
In December you got a sneak peek of the 2025 Ladies Retreat!  This Sunday, February 9th will be the official “kick off” and we are not talking about the Super Bowl! It is time to get serious about signing up for the Ladies Retreat! Save the date and secure your spot by signing up at pacoc.net/ladies. It will be a sweet time of Renewal!

Sweetheart Banquet
Anyone over 60 is invited to stay after church on Sunday, February 9th for a meal served by our youth group.  Sign up on the church app so we know how many to prepare for.
 
PACOC 101
If you are a new member or a guest please note that we will be offering a class in March introducing you to the Park Avenue Church of Christ. Topics covered include:
 

  • Park Avenue’s History
  • Park Avenue’s connection to the Restoration Movement
  • Getting to know the leadership
  • Our core doctrines and practices
  • Our ministries and how to serve

Youth Ministry

  • Wednesday, February 5: Come for dinner from 5:15-6:15pm. We will continue "Bible in a Year" at 6:30pm. 
  • Sunday, February 9th: Sweetheart Banquet! We still need parents to sign-up to help make dishes. Students please sign-up to help serve! 
  • Sunday, February 9th: Super Bowl Party from 5-9pm. Bring a snack/finger food to share! 
  • February 28th-March 2nd: Soul Link in Houston.
