PAWS is back tonight at 5:15 PM.  We are having Hamburgers and Hotdogs prepared by Amyee  McAlister and her team.  This will be followed by The God Who Speaks series in the atrium at 6:30 p.m. 
 
Youth Ministry

  • Wednesday, July 24th: Intern Going Away party! Come get  dinner starting at 5:15. Join us in Youth at 6pm! We will end at 9pm tonight. If you can let’s shower them with gift cards as a thank you!
  • Thursday, July 25th: Thursday Hangout from 1-3pm tomorrow in the gym. Bring your lunch or eat before. Pickleball, games, and more!
  • Sunday, July 28th: Summer Connect From 5:30-7:30pm

 
Wedding Shower
Join us for a wedding shower honoring Caroline Farish & Easton Kirkbride on Sunday, August 4 from 1:30-3:00 p.m. in the atrium. Easton and Caroline are registered at Amazon, Target, Anthropologie, Williams Sonoma and Crate & Barrell.
 
Grief Share
We will begin a new 13-week program of Grief Share. This is a recovery and support program for those grieving the death of a family member or friend.  They will meet on Saturdays from 10AM-12 noon in Room D,  beginning this Saturday, July 27th. You can sign up on the app or contact Stewart Bolerjack for more information.
 
Bridges To Life Prison Ministry
Bridges to Life, a ministry for healing crime victims and rehabilitating offenders, will begin the next session at the Buster Cole and Choice Moore units in Bonham on August 13th. Center Cross Ministry
Center Cross will have a fundraiser this Saturday, July 27th from 5-8PM. Tickets are $20 if you purchase early or $25 at the door.  This allows you a choice of 3 smoked meats (sausage, brisket, pulled pork, pork belly and chicken), two sides, dessert and tea. Tickets are available at Denison Community Thrift Store and at 1030 W. Crawford. Please consider supporting this local ministry that helps the oppressed and vulnerable in our community.

Young Families
The Children’s Ministry is in need of teachers and assistants on Wednesday nights for the month of August. If you are looking for ways to serve contact Rachel McClure at 903-624-6156.
 
Barnabas Center
The Barnabas Center is in need of volunteers for their in-house shopping on the first and third Wednesday and Thursday of each month. Volunteer  positions needed are: Assisting in unloading food once a week, Organizing and Stocking shelves, Checking food expiration dates, Organizing refrigeration units, Redistributing excess items to other agencies, Communication through scheduling, newsletters, and thank you notes. Contact Karen Elmore at 903-816-0121 or Jimmy Elmore at 903-815-4480 for more  information.
 
Park Avenue Wednesday Suppers
