Let’s Get Acquainted Luncheon
Our next LGA will be this Sunday, March 24. If you have been visiting with us or are a new member, make plans to join us for a meal immediately after worship in the Family Life Center.  This is an opportunity to meet our Elders and their wives and our ministry staff. 
 
PACOC 101
We will be offering an introductory class the first three Sundays of April (7, 14, 21) called PACOC 101.  We will meet at 9 a.m. in Room C at the west end of the main building. We will look in deeper detail what Park Avenue is all about. If you are new to PACOC, join us starting April 7.
 
Little Red Wagon
Kids, Daisy’s Little Red Wagon will be here this Sunday, March 24.  So get your coin cans filled up. All the proceeds will go to our annual Grace Offering that funds our outreach ministries locally and worldwide. 
 
Prayer & Fasting, March 17-31
Our two week period of prayer and fasting begun last Monday. This is a time where we lift up all the outreach efforts supported by our Grace Offering and seek God’s guidance for giving. We still have some resources available on the tables in the atrium.
  
CRASE Training
The Denison police department will be conducting the CRASE (Civilian Response to Active Shooter Event) training here at the church building from 8:30-12 noon on Saturday, April 6. All church members who wish to attend the training are welcome. If you plan to attend, please text Jim Russell at 903-815-8956. 
 
Women’s Retreat
Women of all ages will gather together for their annual retreat on April 26-28th at the Prothro Center on Lake Texoma.  We are excited to share this time of fellowship and spiritual growth. Nika Maples will be our speaker this year. The theme will be “Transformed.” You can register online. The cost is $125 for overnight retreaters and $75 for day-only retreaters.
 
Youth Ministry

  • Wednesday, March 20th: Come for dinner tonight from 5:15-6:15pm. Youth Room opens at 6pm and class starts 6:30pm.
  • Sunday, March 24th: Connect from 5-7:30pm in the Gym! Dinner Provided.
  • Sunday, March 31st: No Connect on Easter!
