Tonight
There will be no PAWS meal tonight. Adult classes will meet at the usual time of 6:30-7:30.  Our children will be monitored from 6:30-7:30 for a time of play in the gym instead of having regular Bible classes. This will provide a much needed break for our teachers and assistants who need rest and recuperation.
 
Fifth Sunday
This Sunday, Jan. 30 is a fifth Sunday. Due to unforeseen circumstances we were not able to sell our two lots and use those proceeds to help pay off the Ark. We still hope to sell those in the near future. However, in light of that we will use at least a portion of our contribution this Sunday to apply that to the mortgage.

Covenant Sunday
We have decided to postpone Covenant Sunday until February 6. We hope by that date to have more   in-person attendance.
 
Youth Ministry

  • Tonight: We will have dinner for Park Avenue Youth from 5:45-6:30pm! Our Series Back to the Future continues at 6:30pm in the youth suite! 
  • Sunday Jan. 30: Connect Service Day! Students will meet in the gym at 5:30 unless told otherwise. We will have dinner and finish up by 7:30pm. 
  • Sunday Feb. 13: Sweetheart Banquet! Parents we need your HELP. More Information to come!

Discipleship Making Communities
Join the next 8-week Disciple-Making Movement Training that will begin Monday, February 7 from 12:00-1:00 PM. Contact Lantz Howard for further information.
 
Celebration of Marriage
On February 13 we will honor those couples who will celebrate a special anniversary this year. If your anniversary year ends in a ”2” or a “7” please submit one wedding  and one recent picture by dropping them by the church office or email Todd at  todd@parkavenuechurch.com by no later than February 4.
 
SAMPACC
The Senior Adult Ministry of the Park Avenue Church (which includes anyone 60 and above) will relaunch sometime in February.  Planning is in the works and we hope to have a firm date soon.  Stay tuned!
 
Sweetheart Banquet
On February 13, immediately after services, anyone over 60 is invited to stay after church for a meal served by our youth group.
 
Marriage Getaway Weekend - February 25-27

Wedding Shower
